The Eastern region is not really known for being a “powerhouse” at the Nationals every year, simply by the fact that the average ski season for the region is about 6 weeks long.  Which is why its FANTASTIC that we have a showing from the Rochester area.  Matt Cole (B3), Nikki Dobbertin (G2) and Jessie Dobbertin (G3) have all skied already at the tournament and did well.  Also, Hank Evatt from Sabael, NY (Adirondacks) skied in B3 with Matt. Just the fact that they are there is an accomplishment.  Congratulations!!  More to come when the older skiers hit the water over the next couple of days!!
